Position Overview :
The Siemens Production Systems Specialist is responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing process improvement initiatives across manufacturing and operational functions. This role leverages Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and ensure quality standards are upheld. They ensure that improvement changes are tested, documented and deployed efficiently. The role involves close collaboration with production, industrial engineers, and management to ensure improvements are executed, standardized and sustained. What your day-to-day will look like :
- Analyze current business and manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Lead and facilitate CI projects using Lean Six Sigma tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and sustain improvements.
- Conduct root cause analysis and problem-solving workshops.
- Train and mentor on CI methodologies and tools.
- Utilize film equipment to document processes and create standard work
- Document processes, improvements, and outcomes for future reference

A passion for Continuous Improvement5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or operations environmentExperience in using Lean and or Six Sigma toolsStrong analytical and project management skillsStrong communication skillsExperience with Kaizen events and Value Stream Mapping preferredExperience working in Microsoft office applicationsSiemens experience preferredPhysical Demands :

The base salary range for this position in Lexington, NC is $22.29 / hr - $30.16 / hr.
