This role requires strong critical thinking, rapid assessment abilities, and the capacity to handle a wide range of medical conditions under pressure. Responsibilities : Triage and manage patients with urgent and emergent medical needs Administer medications, perform procedures, and assist with stabilizing patients Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to deliver timely care Monitor patient status and respond to changes quickly Accurately document assessments, interventions, and care plans Requirements : Active RN license Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room experience BLS, ACLS, and PALS required TNCC preferred Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K offered.
