We are seeking a Customer Care Representative to join a leading furniture manufacturer. This is not a sales or call center role, it is a customer-focused support position handling product inquiries, order fulfillment, and problem resolution. The right candidate will have experience in customer service, ideally in a product-based industry, with strong skills in researching product catalogs, resolving order issues, and filing freight claims. You’ll interact daily with customers by phone and email, while also coordinating with internal departments and vendors.
We’re looking for someone resourceful, organized, and confident in finding solutions. Experience with AS / 400 is a bonus but not required. A positive attitude and ability to multi-task are essential.
Breakdown of job responsibilities :
Customer interactions (email, phone, face-to-face) = 60%.
Internal Company (other facilities, other departments, etc) = 20%.
