Seeking a Superintendent to lead federal construction projects, including both ground-up builds and renovations in Wilmington, NC. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a salary range of $100K–$150K.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead day-to-day field operations, managing subcontractors and vendors across multiple trades.
• Oversee ground-up federal projects and renovation work, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Drive project schedules using MS Projects, P6, and Gantt charts, monitoring progress against the critical path.
• Administer RFIs, QC / QA processes, and ensure compliance with federal policies, safety standards, and EM 385 regulations.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and functional verifications to maintain quality and compliance.
• Act as primary on-site contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and communication.
• Provide clear updates and reports to project stakeholders.
