Sentara Norfolk General Hospital is seeking a Patient Care Supervisor (RN). Hours / Shift : Rotating Shift, Part Time. Sign on bonus available for qualified candidates! Required : Acute Care - Previous experience, Nursing - 2 years, Nursing Leadership - 1 year.

The Patient Care Supervisor is the liaison for administration who responds to all inpatient and outpatient emergencies. Works as patient advocate to address patient and family concerns. Resource leader for all members of the team. During nights, weekends, and holidays - the Patient Care Supervisor is the highest-ranking member of administration in the building, coordinating operations. They work in an overview position - not attached to any single unit within the hospital but involved in ALL of them.
