job_description.job_card.job_descriptionWork 12-hour night shifts from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 30 AM Schedule : 3 shifts per week (3x12) Weekly guaranteed hours : 36 hours Assignment length : 13 weeks Float between multiple units including Med Surg (36 beds), Cardiac Stepdown / Progressive Care (30 beds), MS Stepdown (8 beds), and ICU (12 beds) Patient ratios vary by unit : MS 1 : 6, Cardiac Stepdown 1 : 4, MS Stepdown 1 : 3, ICU 1 : 2 or 1 : 1 Weekend hours as required by facility with expectation of every other full weekend Call requirements as required by facility Must work at least one major winter holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day) Required certifications : BLS and ACLS from AHA only, NIH Current RN License eligible for Missouri licensure required Minimum 1+ years Critical Care experience required EPIC EMR experience preferred Must be team player with ability to work with various teams and be adaptable Dress code : Black scrubs provided by traveler Flu vaccination required November 1-April 1 Up to 5 days time off can be automatically approved in each 13-week period Referral bonus
