We are currently seeking a Project Manager to help support and drive our explosive growth.
This role is for individuals who have a passion to guide projects from inception through commercialization, across multiple product categories, and to support strategic projects across the organization.
This may include product development lifecycle, large and complex seasonal projects, and supporting operations and supply chain.
The ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the company and with external partners, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and assess and elevate risk while being the calm voice in the room will be key to the candidate’s success.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Own management of projects : Lead the planning, tracking and execution of projects across the organization.
- Establish and support cross-functional alignment, clear executional roadmaps, resource requirements and project deliverables while ensuring projects meet established business needs.
Lead Project Meetings :
Ensure all functions are aligned on project status and next steps; highlight and mitigate risk; identify project conflicts and escalate as needed.Manage project timelines :
Create, update, and report on all project timelines across projects with multiple complexities and durations.Experience using Wrike is a plus.Cross functional collaboration :
The project manager will be the hub for packaging, marketing, supply chain, finance, and sales teams.This role requires 3 days / week in office.QUALIFICATIONS :
REQUIRED : 5+ years of relevant experience in CPG project management in a large-sized consumer business (personal care, cosmetics experience preferred). Proven track record of embracing and supporting change management and continuous improvement with a high level of detail.Exceptional written and oral communication skills.An amazing collaborator.The ideal candidate is a natural collaborator and is always looking for the best ideas and technology, no matter the source.They must also build strong relationships with cross-functional partners at all levels, and particularly with our manufacturing partners. A 4-year bachelor’s or comparable degree, or equivalent experience.Project Management certification :
