What You'll Do

Oversee daily operations and coordinate staff activities in the ultrasound department.
Provide training and support to associates to enhance department processes.
Act as the first line of contact for staff regarding equipment and operational issues.
Assist in direct and indirect patient care activities, including exam performance and scheduling.
Motivate staff and provide constructive feedback to maintain high engagement levels.
Participate in hiring, training, and performance reviews of new associates.
Monitor equipment and ensure adherence to safety regulations and practices.
Stay current with obstetrical ultrasound practices and research.

What You'll Bring

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.

Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) certifications in relevant specialties.

College Diploma in Sonography or related healthcare field.

Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.

Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.

Salary, Shifts & Location

The compensation for this position ranges from $72,000 to $124,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is based in Normal, IL, and offers a full-time schedule.
