Job Description

Minimum Qualifications

Education : Bachelors degree in Business, HR Management or other related field

Licenses / Certifications : CEBS or CBP certification preferred

Experience / Knowledge / Skills :

• Five (5) years employee benefits experience
• Previous management experience preferred
• Previous experience with employee benefit plans in a health care environment preferred
• Requires strong knowledge of the principles and practices of employee benefits
• Prior experience with Workday HCM preferred
• Prior experience with service and / or call center management preferred
• Experience with plan design / evaluation / compliance / implementation for health and welfare, life and AD&D insurance, short term disability, voluntary benefits plans, education benefits, and time off plans
• Experience with COBRA, HIPAA, Affordable Care Act (ACA) and other applicable laws
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and the ability to determine when escalation of issues is required
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
• Critical thinking and problem resolution skills
• Demonstrated strong computer skills
• Effective communication skills (written, oral and presentation) and the ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization
