LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a healthcare client to fill an Executive Director position for a senior care / memory care facility. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of leadership experience and must have memory care experience.
The position is onsite Monday thru Friday.
Annual compensation will range from $130-$160K plus :

Key Responsibilities
Operational Oversight : Manage all day-to-day aspects of the senior community, including services, activities, and facility maintenance.Staff Management : Hire, supervise, support, and mentor staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.Financial Management : Oversee the budget, manage financial performance, and ensure fiscal responsibility to maintain the community's financial health.Regulatory Compliance : Ensure strict adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations governing senior living facilities.Resident and Family Relations : Build strong relationships with residents and their families, ensuring high levels of satisfaction with the care and services provided.Strategic Planning : Work with the board of directors to develop and implement strategic plans that support the organization's mission and long-term goals.Community Engagement : Act as the primary public face of the community, engaging with donors, government institutions, professional organizations, and the wider public.If you or someone in your network fit this profile and would like to apply for position in, please submit your application alongside your resume using the link in this posting.
