Are you a seasoned bonds professional with a knack for building client relationships and managing complex accounts? We're looking for a Bonds Account Manager to join our Commercial team, handling contract and commercial surety bonds while delivering top-tier service. What You'll Do

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned accounts from setup to renewals, issuance, and billing.
  • Collaborate with brokers to market and place risks effectively.
  • Analyze financials to secure approvals for new and renewal bonds.
  • Serve as a technical resource and mentor for team members.
  • Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance, and resolve account issues promptly.
  • Build strong client relationships and provide expert guidance on bonding needs.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, regulations, and products.
  • What You Bring

    Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience in commercial surety underwriting or service.
  • Property & Casualty license; notary or ability to obtain one.
  • Professional designation (CISR, CIC, CRM) or commitment to earn within 18 months.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AMS 360 and ImageRight a plus.
  • Comfortable hosting virtual meetings and presentations (Teams / Zoom).
