The Impact of a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager, Americas, Coupa Pay at Coupa :
Coupa is actively seeking a Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing, Americas to join our Americas Growth Marketing team. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Integrated Marketing, this role is essential for achieving Coupa's pipeline and revenue objectives by driving cohesive and impactful integrated marketing programs across the region.
What You'll Do :
- Integrated Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Design and execute high-impact integrated marketing programs across a diverse channel mix, including campaigns, email nurtures, webinars, virtual / physical events, and more, in support of Coupa marketing at large.
- Act as the Project Leader / Quarterback for key programs, including driving growth, adoption and value for Coupa Pay.
- Set vision, define objectives, align cross-functional teams, manage communication, and report progress for all owned programs.
- Drive the generation of high-quality leads and partner closely with Account Development Representatives, Sales and Marketing Operations to ensure seamless lead flow and conversion into qualified pipeline.
- Bring new and innovative ideas to the table to test, measure, and learn from, constantly seeking new approaches to maximize lead quality and velocity.
- Work with the Partner Marketing team to leverage partners as part of the overarching Coupa Pay strategy, as an important part of the go-to-market ecosystem.
- Cross-Functional Leadership & Accountability
- Lead and drive a cross-functional marketing team composed of peers from Content Marketing, Customer Marketing, Partner Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Demand Generation and regional Growth Marketing, as well as third-party agency partners.
- Act as the central point of coordination and decision-making for all aspects of the integrated programs for Coupa Pay and corresponding solutions.
- Hold functional teams accountable to program objectives and ensure successful, unified execution.
- Oversee, evangelize and execute go-to-market regional strategy and execution with PSM and Coupa Pay teams.
- Pipeline & Performance Optimization
- Drive pipeline and revenue growth and ensure the timely delivery, measurement, and success of program KPIs.
- Utilize data and analytics tools to measure program effectiveness, accurately track KPIs, and provide consistent, actionable reporting to executive stakeholders.
- Monitor funnel metrics and identify levers for generating qualified leads and accelerating pipeline velocity.
- Maintain a strong sense of accountability and proactive mindset, taking full ownership of results and anticipating future needs
What You Will Bring to Coupa :
8+ years of B2B enterprise software experience in a growth marketing or integrated marketing capacity.Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required.Extensive experience with funnel metrics and demonstrated success in moving the needle on critical pipeline goals.Integrated marketing expertise and creative problem-solving skillsglobal experience ideal.Technology marketing background, specifically in SaaS.Procurement, Finance, IT or Supply Chain experience and topical expertise preferred.Strong data-centric focus and advanced knowledge of digital marketing and marketing automation best practices.Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex programs and priorities simultaneously.A resourceful, self-motivated leader with a growth mindset and the ability to adapt to evolving business needs.
