Salary :

We are seeking an experienced and safety-mindedElectrician Leadto oversee underground electrical distribution (URD) work and ensure safe, efficient, and quality execution of projects. This role involves hands-on troubleshooting, operation of specialized equipment, and leadership of field crews in support of construction, maintenance, and repair activities. The Electrician Lead will be responsible for guiding daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics

Perform basic and advanced electrical troubleshooting on URD systems.

Operate and oversee use of bucket trucks, diggers, and trenching equipment.

Lead dailyJob Hazard Analyses (JHAs)and tailboard safety meetings.

Serve as point of contact for field crews, subcontractors, inspectors, and project managers.

Complete daily work reports, JHA forms, and equipment inspections.
