BWW Law Group, LLC, an "AV" rated real estate law firm with offices located in Rockville, MD, and Richmond, VA is seeking a dynamic and motivated Attorney to join our team in our Rockville, MD office. This position is full time (currently a hybrid remote and in office position). Attention to detail is a must to succeed as a part of our team. Our Rockville office provides free employee parking and is Metro accessible (Red Line North Bethesda Station).

Responsibilities :

• Work closely with the title division and the Notices team.
• Input and maintain information into the case management system and ensure data integrity.
• Review title and prepare and review notices of sale for legal sufficiency for MD foreclosure sales.
• Prioritize and manage a high volume portfolio of work with strict deadlines and diligent attention to detail.
• Address inquiries related to title / notices of foreclosure sale.
• Attend foreclosure sales as needed.
