Position : Software Quality Assurance Analyst

Location : North Andover, MA (In-office position)

TSD Mobility Solutions, Inc., an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing superior solutions to our customers. The analyst will be responsible for developing and executing quality tests on these solutions. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Understanding and applying QA and Software Testing concepts to assess software builds, bug fixes, and releases.
• Testing and certifying software defect fixes and new functionalities through functional, application, and regression testing.
• Analyzing test results and providing recommendations.
• Writing clear defect reports based on testing outcomes.
• Documenting, communicating, and escalating risks and issues promptly.
• Creating quality assurance test scenarios.
• Collaborating with product design teams to identify and correct deviations from specifications.
