Schedule : Flexible hours – includes nights, weekends & holidays (on-call)

Join our growing team at Schubach Aviation! We're seeking a motivated and experienced Part 91 / 135 Flight Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a passion for aviation and delivering five-star service to clients and crew alike.

Key Responsibilities Include but are no limited to;

• Coordinate and monitor flights in accordance with Part 135 regulations
• Balance crew workloads and ensure duty time compliance
• Manage pilot schedules, ensure currency and compliance
• Arrange crew accommodations and travel logistics
• Provide exceptional customer service to aircraft owners and clients
• Confirm trip details, and support passenger needs
• Plan trip logistics (fuel, hangars, catering, crew meals)
• Evaluate airport conditions, curfews, and facilities
• Flight follow all part 91 / 135 flights
• Ensure adherence to FAA Part 135 and all applicable regulations
• Serve as the central hub between clients, crew, vendors, and authorities
