Security Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Security Engineering Manager who will lead a team focused on enhancing security measures across various systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage a team of security engineers across offensive, defensive, and compliance teams

Develop and execute security strategies while ensuring alignment among various security disciplines

Mentor engineers, review code, and guide secure architecture decisions

Required Qualifications :

BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience

5+ years of hands-on experience in building and securing software with web frameworks

Proven expertise in application security practices and secure SDLC

Experience in leading security or engineering teams and mentoring talent

Strong knowledge of cloud environments and securing databases in production
