Senior Project Architect

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect / Manager at Feinberg & Associates in Voorhees, NJ. This candidate is a technical expert seasoned in the successful delivery of project documents and leading a team.

• Key Responsibilities
• We are looking for a Licensed Architect or on License track with experience in the production of CDs for new construction wood frame over steel or cast in place concrete podium construction.
• Qualifications
• Experienced in mixed-use, multi-family, schools, restaurants or similar building types. Ground up construction not interior renovation.
• IBC and ADA regulations fluency
• Experienced with design development and construction documents.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in Autocad required. Lumion, Sketchup, and Photoshop desirable.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
• Licensed architect or expected licensure by the end of 2027, preferred.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Our team provides outstanding design and documentation to the developer / builder market throughout the East Coast. The focus is primarily on multifamily mixed use residential project but our portfolio also reflects our experience with all building types including municipal, retail and educational.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $83,667.04 - $100,760.30 per year
