Position Title : Physical Therapist – Outpatient Clinic
Location : Glendale, Arizona
Schedule : Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week | Monday–Friday
Setting : Onsite | Single-Location Clinic | No Travel
Compensation : $85,000 – $100,000 annually + Performance-Based Bonus

Conduct thorough patient evaluations and create individualized care plansProvide evidence-based treatments including manual therapy and therapeutic exerciseSupervise and mentor PTAs to ensure consistent, high-quality careEducate patients and families on treatment goals and home exercise programsMonitor progress and adjust care plans as neededMaintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR systemCollaborate with referring providers and participate in team meetingsEnsure compliance with Arizona PT licensure and CEU requirementsQualifications
Required :
Active or eligible Arizona Physical Therapist licenseStrong clinical reasoning, organization, and time management skillsCommitment to patient-centered careExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesPreferred :
