Opportunity Description :
- Competitive base salary + commission opportunities across commercial lines (property, liability, commercial auto, workers comp, umbrella, and more).
- Brokerage access for businesses not eligible with Farmers, giving you placement options with a wide range of carriers.
- Collaborative partnerships with Farmers agents and their teams to expand commercial offerings within existing agencies.
- Direct client engagement with local business owners to design tailored insurance solutions that protect their people, property, and operations.
- Professional resources, including your agent webpage and social media tools, specialized commercial training, dedicated support contacts, and ongoing development opportunities.

Responsibilities
Proactively communicate with Agency Owners and work their book of businessMeet new business production goals and objectives as established.Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.Requirements
Candidate Requirements :
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.Minimum 3-5 years of customer-facing experience selling and servicing commercial / business insurance accounts.Proven track record of achieving or exceeding premium production goals.Strong knowledge of core commercial lines (general liability, property, workers comp, auto, umbrella).Professional designations such as CIC, CPCU, or CRM are a strong plus.Satisfactory results of a background check.
