Shuttle Driver - Hampton Inn Kansas City Airport
Join our team at Hampton Inn Kansas City Airport as a Shuttle Driver and play a vital role in providing exceptional guest service. We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and professional individual to ensure our guests experience safe and comfortable transportation to and from the airport and other designated locations. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and take pride in delivering excellent customer service, we invite you to apply.
Key Responsibilities :
- Safely operate hotel shuttle vehicles to transport guests to and from Kansas City Airport and nearby destinations
- Greet guests warmly, assist with luggage, and provide information about hotel amenities and local area
- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of shuttle vehicles
- Follow all traffic laws and safety procedures to ensure passenger safety
- Keep accurate records of shuttle schedules and vehicle maintenance needs
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests
- Assist with other hotel duties as needed to ensure guest satisfaction
