Essential Duties and Responsibilities : The role involves gaining knowledge of the products represented, proactively engaging with consumers to sell products in a positive manner. It includes communicating product features and benefits, preparing and serving food samples, maintaining a clean workstation, and setting up event tables. The role also includes breaking down the workstation, assisting with client visits, and maintaining rapport with store personnel.
Responsibilities : This role is expected to not exceed 25 hours per week, but may vary based on business needs. Individuals are expected to follow job-related instructions and perform other tasks as directed by management. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
Additional Requirements : Education / Experience : High school diploma or equivalent; one to three months of related experience preferred. Computer Skills : Proficient in using personal computers or mobile devices. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations : Local food handler's permit may be required. Physical Demands : The role requires standing, walking, lifting, and using various appliances. Supervisory Responsibilities : None. Work Environment : Retail store environment with limited travel. Language Skills : English is primary, bilingual skills may be required.
Qualifications : Must be 18 years old, have reliable transportation, access to a computer or laptop, a smartphone with a camera, and the ability to lift at least 10lbs. Work independently. Tools required include scissors.
