We are seeking an experienced Athlete / Influencer Manager to work closely with high-level influencers, including athletes and fitness personalities, to create impactful relationships and campaigns. Responsibilities

• Manage Influencer Partnerships : Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers in the fitness and sports industry, ensuring alignment with RAW Nutrition’s brand ethos and values.
• Contract Negotiation : Oversee contract discussions, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and compensation align with company goals and budgets.
• Campaign Development : Collaborate with influencers to develop and execute creative campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
• Performance Analysis : Track, analyze, and report on the success of influencer campaigns, using data to optimize partnerships and strategies.
• Brand Representation : Act as a key representative of RAW Nutrition, building strong, authentic relationships with influencers that reflect our mission of transparency and authenticity.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to integrate influencer strategies into broader digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email, and content campaigns.
• Trend Monitoring : Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging influencers, and digital marketing best practices to keep RAW Nutrition ahead of the curve.

Qualifications

Compensation range : $80-85k
