Description / Requirements for Assignment :

Active Arizona license or IMLC required

Board Certification, Fellowship required

ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS certifications required

Practice Setting : Inpatient and Outpatient

Scheduled Clinical Hours and Hospital Rounds

High volume of patients and hospital consults

Facility Details : EMR : Medhost, Estimated Credentialing Timeframe : 45 days, expedited with clean history, temporary privileges available
