Position : RN-OR-Operating Room (Travel / Contract)

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in the operating room setting.

Assist in surgical procedures and ensure patient safety.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Collaborate with surgical teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Maintain sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols.

Contribute to achieving departmental performance targets.

Stay updated on the latest surgical techniques and technologies.

Monitor patient vitals and report any changes to the team.

Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.

Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Assist in training new staff and sharing best practices.

Foster a positive work environment and support team members.

Experience / Qualifications

Current RN license in Ohio with relevant operating room experience.

Strong commitment to ongoing training and professional development.

Proven ability to assist in surgical procedures and ensure patient safety.

Knowledge of maintaining sterile environments and safety protocols.

Strong focus on achieving departmental performance targets and metrics.

Experience collaborating with surgical teams to enhance patient outcomes.

Ability to monitor patient vitals and report changes effectively.

Ability to foster a positive work environment and support team members.

Experience in documenting patient care activities accurately and timely.
