Job Title : CNC Operator

Location : Groveton, NH

Shift : 6 : 00 am - 6 : 30 pm Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Reports to : Foreman

Job Overview : The CNC operators are responsible for monitoring and operating our CNC (computer numerically controlled) machine to cut metal used in the manufacturing of Rotobec products.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate CNC (computer numerically controlled) machines to ensure efficient and accurate production.
• Load materials into the CNC machine.
• Calculate material feed rates and adjust machine speed based on vibrations and sounds that indicate potential malfunctions.
• Read, interpret, and follow blueprints and CAD drawings to ensure precise manufacturing.
• Inspect fabricated parts to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
• Perform setup and adjustments of each unit correctly.
• Safely operate machinery, tools, and overhead cranes.
• Meets or exceeds set production targets as directed by supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and debris-free workplace.
• Adhere to safety regulations, company policies, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Participate in cross-training and assist in other production areas as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Foreman or Production Manager.
