What you’ll accomplish :
While technical expertise is essential, success in this role is defined by your ability to build trust with homeowners, communicate clearly, and offer smart, value-driven solutions that improve safety, efficiency, and long-term system performance.Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair residential electrical issues with precision and efficiencyEducate homeowners on technical findings, recommended solutions, and potential associated costs.Conduct full-home safety inspections (60–90 minutes) to identify hidden issues or safety concernsProactively recommend upgrades or preventative improvements (e.g., wiring replacement, circuit panel upgrades, GFCI outlets, surge protection)Prepare detailed quotes and service invoices using company software (Service Titan)Participate in training sessions to strengthen your technical expertise and customer communication skillsWhat Success Looks Like :
Complete 3–4 service calls per day70%+ conversion rate on recommended repairs or upgradesDeliver thorough and insightful whole-home safety inspections on each visit (60-90 minuets)Actively promote and contribute to membership plan salesConsistently keep monthly call-back rates low through quality workmanshipBuild strong relationships with homeowners and deliver 5-star customer experiencesTraits we admire :

State-issued Journeyman Electrical license required4+ years of experience in Electrical Work1-2 years of residential electrical service experience (more a plus)Valid driver’s license with a clean driving recordExperience using Service Titan or other service management software preferred
