We are looking for a Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team! You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC / Refrigeration Technician to join our growing team, with a strong emphasis on commercial and industrial applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing complex heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems for diverse commercial clients including restaurants, grocery stores, warehouses, office buildings, hospitals, schools, and manufacturing facilities. This role requires advanced technical expertise, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with sophisticated building automation systems.

Responsibilities :

• Install, maintain, and repair large-scale commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units (RTUs), chillers, cooling towers, boilers, and air handling units (AHUs)
• Service commercial refrigeration systems including walk-in coolers / freezers, display cases, ice machines, and process cooling equipment
• Work with complex multi-zone systems, variable air volume (VAV) systems, and building automation systems (BAS)
• Perform preventive maintenance on commercial equipment following manufacturer specifications and service contracts
• Install and maintain industrial refrigeration systems for food processing, cold storage, and manufacturing facilities
• Service restaurant equipment including reach-in coolers, prep tables, ice cream machines, and specialized food service refrigeration
• Work with supermarket refrigeration systems including parallel rack systems, cascade systems, and CO2 refrigeration
• Replace or repair commercial-grade components including compressors, condensers, evaporators, and sophisticated control systems
