Responsibilities

• Create, analyze and present sophisticated financial loss reports to the Risk Management Department, Senior Management and Third Parties.
• Critically review and analyze insurance policies, endorsements and contracts.
• Develop strong, effective working relationships with company’s management and internal customers throughout the organization to communicate the company's risk objectives and vision and to coordinate related processes.
• Establish, maintain and monitor comprehensive data quality controls for Risk databases fed by various sources, to ensure data integrity.
• Assemble and analyze for accuracy exposure and underwriting data.
• Manage the corporate surety bond program.
• Coordinate the issuance and review of certificates of insurance.
• Manage and audit insurance allocations for each location by line of insurance coverage including but not limited to property, auto, crime, workers’ compensation and general liability, monthly.
• Generate and implement models to promptly determine loss root causes and key loss indicators and assist in the development of programs to reduce costs.
• Continually seek opportunities to improve the knowledge and skill of the business units and location managers / supervisors in order to improve systems and reduce the company's total cost of risk.
