Nutrition Assistant Responsibilities...

Functions as a representative of the Nutrition Service Department on the nursing units while assisting patients with menu selection. Performs a variety of clerical duties to assist in the overall activities of the clinical section of the Food & Nutrition Services Department under the general direction of the Diet Technician / Dietitian.
