Mid-Level Civil Engineer

Pay : $85,000-$95,000

  • We are seeking a Mid-Level Civil Engineer with experience in transit and transportation infrastructure to join our growing team in Tualatin, Oregon. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in the design and delivery of high-impact transportation and transit projects, including bus rapid transit, rail transit stations, and rail improvement projects .

    Position Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the design and management of civil engineering aspects for transportation, transit and railway projects
  • Prepare and review detailed track alignment plans, drainage design, specifications, and cost estimates
  • Conduct field work, project inspections, and agency coordination meetings
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Support business development efforts through proposal writing and client engagement
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in Oregon (or ability to obtain within 12 months)
  • 4–8 years of civil engineering experience, preferably in transportation or transit projects
  • Proficiency with Autodesk Civil 3D ; track alignment design software experience is a plus
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
