About Our Team
Lenovo’s AI Ecosystem team is creating AI-powered experiences that deliver intelligent experiences across Lenovo’s device portfolio. As Sr. UX Design Manager, you’ll lead the user experience strategy and execution across this complex, AI-driven product landscape, shaping how users move through, interact with, and benefit from our cross-platform ecosystem.
This is a leadership role focused on interaction design, UX architecture, and complex cross-platform AI ecosystem design. You’ll directly manage and mentor UX designers, set system-wide patterns, and collaborate closely with UX, product, and engineering to define and scale elegant user flows that feel intuitive to use. You will also work globally across regions and time zones to create guidance that empowers other teams.

The base salary range budgeted for this position is $190,000 - $200,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and / or commission. Lenovo’s benefits can be found at www.lenovobenefits.com.
