Superintendent Demolition Work

The Superintendent will be responsible for :

• Oversee day-to-day onsite construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
• Maintain project schedules, track progress, and report updates to leadership.
• Manage site logistics, including materials, equipment, and workforce coordination.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee quality control to ensure high standards of workmanship.
• Address and resolve any unforeseen construction challenges in a timely manner.
• Mentor and support field staff, promoting a team-oriented work environment.
