Founding Software Engineer

What we're looking for?

We need someone with 5+ years experience in software development who has proficiency in building backend and API systems using technologies such as Python, Java, or Go. You should be comfortable with extensive experience with cloud platforms and technologies (e.g. AWS, Redis, Temporal) and have a track record of designing and building scalable solutions. Bonus points if you have experience building agentic systems or LLM enabled products, or are a frequent user of AI products during the development lifecycle.

What you'll do :

• Design and build scalable solutions to standardize data management across asset classes.
• Develop infrastructure for ingesting, transforming, and analyzing structured and unstructured investment data.
• Partner directly with customers to understand workflows and translate them into product features.
• Shape Rengo AIs technical culture, hiring, and roadmap alongside the founders.
