Responsibilities
- Sales and Customer Experience : Utilize StoreForce dashboard results and seek feedback to exceed sales goals. Take ownership of your results and actively work to grow your contribution to the store’s overall sales.
- Customer Experience : Consistently deliver a world-class customer experience to every customer who walks through our doors. Connect with customers and identify their needs by listening attentively and asking open-ended questions. Demonstrate product benefits and features. Seek opportunities to make customers\' day and leave the world Lusher than we found it.
- Building the Brand : Educate customers on brand values including Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, and Naked Packaging. Articulate these values in-store and through community engagement to bring in more traffic. Inspire others to join in making a positive impact.
- Product Passion : Continuously expand product knowledge with ongoing learning and by staying up-to-date on products, ingredients, and benefits to confidently make informed recommendations.
- Team Involvement : Use Lush resources to develop sales techniques and product knowledge to improve performance, support team growth, and increase sales. Take ownership of development, seek feedback and opportunities to improve skills.
- Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) : Encourage open communication and listen to team members\' perspectives related to DEIB. Foster belonging by promoting teamwork, collaboration, and valuing each employee\'s contributions.
Operational Excellence
Time and Attendance : Be punctual and reliable. Participate in teamwork and stay informed about company updates.Visuals and Merchandising : Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store to enhance the customer experience.Stock and Inventory : Apply Visual Merchandising guidelines to adjust product displays based on sales to improve customer experience.Policies and Procedures : Follow opening / closing, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health and safety standards.Qualifications
Required :
Excellent customer service skillsFlexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical businessFlexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPreferred :
Experience with consultation-based customer serviceStrong problem-solving skills for day-to-day operationsExperience working in a team environmentExperience in skincare or cosmeticsExperience in cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice trainingFluency in Spanish, French, or other languagesCompensation : Keystone Fashion Mall Pay — $14.50 per hour
