A company is looking for a Regional Vice President of Retail Field Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of District Sales Managers and Territory Account Executives to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Drive operational excellence through talent identification, analytical skills, and effective execution of processes
Develop and implement strategic vision and planning to foster continuous improvement and team motivation
Required Qualifications
5+ years of sales experience in relevant industries, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
Proven ability to operate effectively at both strategic and hands-on execution levels
Experience in building and scaling sales in emerging markets or new product categories
Strong collaborator with a track record of fostering a results-driven and inclusive culture
Background in the retail or point-of-sale (POS) industry is a plus
