A company is looking for a Virtual Store Support Operator.
Key Responsibilities
Provide front-line customer service by answering calls, returning voicemails, and responding to emails
Assist customers with proof of purchase inquiries, returns, and exchanges while documenting interactions in a case management system
Collaborate with store leadership and other departments to resolve customer concerns and improve service delivery
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED; minimum of 2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Availability to work any shift between Monday-Friday 9 : 00am-6 : 00pm EST and holidays
Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
