Slack Infrastructure Engineer

LOCATION

Hybrid role 3 days / week in the office in NYC or PHX

REQUIRED SKILLS

Responsibilities :

Manage and maintain Slack's infrastructure, ensuring high availability and reliability.

Understand Slack's software and architecture to optimize performance and scalability.

Implement and manage authentication mechanisms and security features within the Slack environment.

Oversee the integration of add-ons and plugins to enhance Slack's functionality.

Ensure seamless integration of Slack with other systems and applications.

Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues as they arise.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various business units and their Slack usage.

Partner with Slack the vendor to rollout and resolve issues as identified related to new and upgraded capabilities.

Must be able to prioritize escalations and work closely with internal customers on requests
