In this role, you'll lead the way in optimizing our UKG Pro (UltiPro) platform, advancing our UKG Business Intelligence (BI) analytics, and ensuring HR data flows seamlessly across the organization to drive informed, people-centered decisions. Empower Data-Driven Decisions You'll transform how HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams use data-designing tools, insights, and integrations that power smarter business outcomes. In this role, you will :

• Develop, test, and maintain advanced UKG BI and UKG Pro reports, dashboards, and analytics .
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for HR and leadership teams.
• Serve as the UKG subject matter expert , leading efforts in reporting, configuration, and system optimization.
• Manage integrations and data flows between UKG and other business platforms.
• Ensure data integrity through ongoing audits, quality checks, and validation routines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, and IT to improve data processes and user experience.

Zone 2 : $112,500 - $130,000
