job_description.job_card.job_descriptionWelfare, annuity, pension, and vacation funds Medical / dental / vision insurance Paid company holidays Minimum 3 years' experience in troubleshooting and repair of Heavy Construction Equipment, CAT preferred Must be computer proficient to be able to run diagnostic software and prepare service communications Must have strong communication and organization skills and have a high level of self-management Must be able to troubleshoot technical problems, meet or exceed labor repair guidelines, possesses the ability to plan and efficiently complete assigned tasks CDL license a plus Troubleshoot problems Efficiently utilize resources to correct problems Document steps taken to correct problems Plan proper repair procedures for efficiency Efficiently utilize tooling and technical resources Continually improve key processes Communicate repair status Complete / attend all safety meetings, computer-based safety training, safety audits, and other safety training as assigned Work in a proactive, safe manner in compliance with all safety practices, policies, and training Immediately resolve and / or report all safety issues to supervisor Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with all Contamination Control Initiatives Minimum 3 years' experience in troubleshooting and repair of Heavy Construction Equipment, CAT preferred Must be computer proficient to be able to run diagnostic software and prepare service communications Must have strong communication and organization skills and have a high level of self-management Must be able to troubleshoot technical problems, meet or exceed labor repair guidelines, possesses the ability to plan and efficiently complete assigned tasks CDL license a plus Standing and walking (including on uneven surfaces) Sitting, body rotation, and forward bending (in both sitting and standing positions) Lifting up to 60 lbs. (machine or team lift for items over 50 lbs.) Carrying up to 50 lbs. for short distances Push / pull tasks requiring up to 75 lbs. of force Climbing stairs and ladders (including non-standard access points) Crawling, kneeling (low work), and working in awkward / tight positions Strong grip strength (up to 80 lbs. with both hands; up to 30 lbs. with one hand) Hand coordination and overhead / extended reaching Operating equipment, machinery, foot pedals, and hand tools Outdoor work as required (exposure to weather and varying environments) Wearing up to 20 lbs. of PPE, including flame-resistant clothing, welding helmets / shields, and ANSI-rated protective footwear as required
