Opportunity : RN - Tele Job Details : - Work 12-hour night shifts from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM - Full-time position starting ASAP - Weekend requirements apply - No on-call requirements, but flexibility to pick up extra shifts when needed is appreciated - Float to other units including medical, orthopedic, and PCU as needed - Maintain 1 : 6 nurse to patient ratio - Care for diverse patient population including general medical, surgical, orthopedic, behavioral health, OB surgical, and pediatric patients - Required certifications : BLS and RN License in state of employment or compact state - Preferred experience in general med-surg and EPIC system - Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred - Minimum 1 year of experience in related nursing specialty preferred - Utilize nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention and evaluation - Administer medications and treatments while monitoring for side effects and effectiveness - Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided - Assess learning needs and provide patient and family education Facility : This healthcare organization is a comprehensive medical facility that provides a wide range of services to the community.
