Position Overview

The Tax Manager will oversee the tax compliance and planning functions of the firm, ensuring that all tax returns are completed accurately and in a timely manner. This role requires a deep understanding of tax regulations and the ability to manage tax-related risks for both individual and business clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review individual and business tax returns to ensure compliance with regulations
• Manage and supervise a team of tax professionals during the tax preparation process
• Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients, identifying opportunities for tax savings
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and to advise clients accordingly
• Assist in the development of tax strategies and policies for clients
• Conduct tax research and prepare technical memoranda on various tax issues
