Excellent typing and documentations abilities and record keeping. Organized, professional and a natural problem solve. Ability to work independently and meet performance targets. Professional demeanor and a problem-solving mindset. Familiarity with collection software and CRM tools. Knowledge of the FDCPA,FCRA and other relevant regulations. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities :
- Contact former tenants to recover outstanding rental balances via phone.
- Document all communications and maintain accurate records.
- Work in a face paced call center environment,
- Negotiate payments plans and settlements professionally.
- Handle high-volume of outbound and inbound calls.
- Ensure compliance with rental collections laws and company policies.
- Identify accounts requiring further investigations or escalations.
