Registered Nurse – Home Health - Travel - (HH RN)

StartDate : ASAP

Available Shifts : 8 D

Pay Rate : $2143.80 - $2362.55

How long is the contract assignment? 13 weeks 2. Schedule of assignment hours? M – F 8am-5pm. Weekly WEDNESDAY meeting at 0830 in person at the office, approximately 1 hr. Weekend rotation with weekday rotation on call 3. Will this candidate be visiting patients in care facilities or only in patient’s homes? Both 4. Will you want to hire the contractor at the end of the contract or is this truly a contract assignment? Yes, pending performance. 6. What region are you in? Home health or Hospice? Home Health 7. What’s creating the request? - Workload 8. To which location will this person report for assignment, full address, Including the OU (Location Code) Care Center address 303 Quartermaster Ct. How many miles per week will the consultant travel? 50+ per day. Weekly? 300+ 9. What are the weekly units of productivity expectations? 30 10. What EMR systems will the consultant be using : HomeCare HomeBase, Outlook. Teams, Forcura 11. Will there be any on call? If so, how much? Weekend rotation with week rotation. 12. Do you want the candidate to have home health experience? Yes, HCHB experience preferred
