Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs., and occasionally lift and carry up to 80 lbs. Ability to push and pull appliance dolly up to 200 lbs., move objects from one floor to another. Ability to bend / stoop, climb stairs, kneel, balance, reach above shoulder height, walk and twist, have a reliable vision, hearing and speech with or without corrective devices such as glasses, hearing aid, etc. Effective communication skills, both verbal and in writing. Job Description
Our multi-family community in Dunwoody, GA currently has a full-time Renovations Technician opening. The Renovations Technician will assist in all aspects of IRT's rehab and value add project.

Responsibilities :
- Perform and / or assist with carpentry work, painting and plumbing duties as required.
- Keep Project Managers abreast of renovation project progress by providing regular updates.
- Perform and / or assist with general appliance repairs, carpet repairs and minor A / C and electrical repairs.
- Install new appliances, electrical fixtures, cabinetry, etc.
- Move appliances, furniture, cabinetry, etc., with assistance.
- Perform all other duties assigned by Project Managers (or other personnel acting in a supervisory capacity).
