Were seeking a skilled and experienced Software Engineer who specializes in Qualtrics . This role will be part of a high-visibility, high-impact initiative to optimize and expand our Qualtrics environment.

Youll play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable solutions that enhance user experience, streamline data collection, and improve reporting accuracy. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Qualtrics architecture, API integrations, and automationplus a passion for creating efficient, user-friendly tools that empower teams to make data-driven decisions.

What were looking for :

• 3+ years of hands-on Qualtrics engineering or development experience
• Strong understanding of survey logic, workflows, APIs, and automation
• Experience with data visualization and analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Background in software engineering (JavaScript, Python, or similar)
• Ability to partner cross-functionally with researchers, analysts, and product teams
