Position Summary This support role focuses on staffing and administration coordination for the field teams across the organization. Under the direction of the Merchandising Services Support Manager, it focuses on providing recruiting, staffing, and administrative support to help achieve overall business goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Works with the field team in assigned area to meet staffing goals and support hiring initiatives
- Develops and executes recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Oversees the distribution of applications based on established hiring criteria
- Manage the end-to-end employment lifecycle for seasonal employees, including tasks such as I-9 verification, ongoing support, and coordination of separation processes
- Builds and maintains productive working relationships with field teams through ongoing communication
- Collaborates on the design and delivery of company materials, including presentations and reference documents
- Create HR reports using data from internal systems
Qualifications
Degree in Business, Human Resources or other related field or an equivalent combination of education and experienceProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, One Note, and PowerPoint to support reporting and communicationStrong written and verbal communication skillsManages time effectively to achieve multiple project deadlinesStrong attention to detail to achieve accuracy in all workWillingness to embrace company cultureWork Environment and Physical Requirements
To perform the job successfully the candidate must be able to use a computer for the entire shiftCandidates must be able to use other standard office equipment such as phones and copiersThis position is primarily indoors in an office setting and includes sitting for extended periods of timeThe role has administrative duties which would require the ability to perform fine manipulation, lift up to 10 pounds, and bend or stand as necessaryThis is a flexible working schedule where employees work partly at the corporate office in the physical workplace, and partly remote – at home or from another workspaceWork is typically performed between the hours of 8am – 5pm ESTDisclaimer
