Description :

This position will perform various warehouse activities as well as receive, input, sort, load, unbox, QC / QA, and unload products. A keen attention to detail and inspecting products for defects and reporting damages as needed.

Location Noel, MO Typical Hours are 7 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday, could vary slightly due to production.

Responsibilities :

  • Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas.
  • Disassemble self checkouts, receive the removed components into XPM, and stack the components onto pallets.
  • Sort and place materials or items on racks, on shelves or in bins.
  • Maintain inventory of products; restock as needed.
  • Assists in unloading shipments from delivery truck.
  • Compares packing slip to quantity shipped and items received.
  • Uses dollies, forklifts, and other moving equipment to transport shipments from loading dock.
  • Prepare items by boxing, labeling, verifying quantity, inspection, place boxes on pallet, prepare pallet sheet, shrink wrap pallet and move to designated shipping area.
  • Responsible for inspecting all materials and / or parts received and prior to being shipped to customer.
  • Ability to navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.
  • Follow all safety protocol and warehouse procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and operate forklifts and heavy machinery
  • Proficient in basic math and computer skills, including Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and Google Docs. Efficient use of inventory software is required.
  • Solid problem-solving skills and effective written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work well with a team and demonstrate awareness of proper warehouse and factory safety procedures.

    • Education & Experience :

  • High school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Warehouse experience preferred.
  • Intermediate computer skills preferred, Microsoft Applications and Google Docs
  • License and certification to operate heavy machinery preferred

    • Work Environment :

  • Time will be spent in a stockroom, warehouse, or loading dock receiving and transporting deliveries.
  • Moderate to heavy physical labor such as lifting and moving heavy items are required on a regular basis.
  • The temperature in the warehouse or dock varies according to external climate.
  • Standard 40-hour workweek applies.
  • Based on the above essential functions this job is considered to be a safety-sensitive job function.
