The ideal candidate is passionate about exceptional patient care, thrives in a community setting, and is eager to play a leadership role in a collaborative, locally driven pharmacy. Key Responsibilities : Medication Dispensing & Review Accurately fill and dispense prescriptions; conduct drug utilization reviews and ensure patient safety. Patient Counseling & Care Provide clear and compassionate counseling on medication use, side effects, and adherence. Build lasting relationships with patients and providers. Immunizations & Clinical Services Assist with immunizations and other clinical offerings. Inventory & Workflow Management Help manage inventory, optimize stock levels, and contribute to efficient daily operations. Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations; uphold pharmacy safety and accuracy standards. Community Engagement Participate in local health initiatives, community events, and contribute to outreach efforts that support rural healthcare needs.
