Job Description & Requirements Specialty : OR - Operating Room Discipline : RN Start Date : 10 / 18 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 10 hours Employment Type : Travel Position : RN – OR (CNOR required) Unit Size : 8 beds Location Rule : Traveler must live 50 miles from facility Contract Length : 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours : 40 / week Start Date : Saturday, October 18, 2025 Shift Details : 4x10s, 7 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM On-call by rotation (weekend / holiday details TBD) Holiday Coverage Requirement : Traveler must agree to work two of the following : Thanksgiving Friday / weekend after Christmas Eve / Day Friday / weekend after New Year’s Eve / Day Friday / weekend after Requirements : BSN required CNOR required 2 years current OR RN experience Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred BLS (AHA) Must provide permanent address at submission Must have own vehicle for assignment Submission Requirements : License / certs must be active at submission (facility will not pend) Permanent address must be on file (locals within 50 miles not accepted) COVID-19 vaccine required (dose date on or after 10 / 3 / 23) OR exemption form signed by provider / religious leader; approved exemptions must wear mask at all times Dress Code : Scrubs provided by facility RTO Policy : RTO must be submitted up front (max 5 days; fewer is better) Job ID 17074123. . . . . . .
